Oh but if it was that easy. By now pockets are being stuffed full of promises for projects, money and dead waste of items tagged onto with Bills of which serve no purpose. Such as (and I make this up but who knows this could be true?) Money for the study of how far you can spit in the wind in Washington State vs what results one would get in Brooklyn, New York under similar conditions. Don't get any on you. "I'll take two toliet seats to go! Oh make sure these have been Sanitized for my protection okay?" AND I do not believe I will need the little paper that wraps around the outside of the seat for the extra Million Dollars!"
